Administrators follow child-related payment records and school expenses. Parents see only financial information made available to them in the mobile app. This scope does not include online card payment processing.

Administrators

Administrators use the web panel and mobile app to manage school, staff, financial workflows and content within their permissions.

Parents

Parents use the mobile app. Access is limited to their linked children and assigned permissions. The management panel is not a parent portal.

What do approvals, educational materials and e-contracts provide?

Schools send approval requests to parents and follow their responses. Educational materials let staff share files and teaching resources with the relevant audience. E-contracts provide a separate workflow for enrolment information, documents and consent clauses, with parents completing the steps presented to them.

Is payment tracking just a list of debts?

Payment plans, instalments and collection records help track each student’s financial process; expense records help schools follow spending. Parents can see the financial information made available to them in the mobile app. Payment tracking here means recording and monitoring payments; it does not by itself mean an online card payment service.
