01

Understanding OkulMobil

What is OkulMobil and what is it for?

OkulMobil is an easy-to-use preschool and childcare management and parent communication app, designed with a clear, elegant interface for schools of every size, from a small nursery to a larger institution. Whether you run a single classroom or a larger school, keep everyday tasks simple. Once your account is activated, start student records, attendance and parent communication that same day.

Which school problems does it address?

Scattered messages, paper forms, separate payment lists and repeated questions about the school day make information hard to follow. OkulMobil connects attendance, daily reports, menus, announcements, approvals and payment records to the relevant student and school processes. Staff can follow what has been shared, while families can find updates about their child.

Which solutions does it bring together?

It covers student, classroom and staff management; attendance, daily reports, meals and activities; medication and growth records; messaging, galleries, announcements, newsletters, homework, surveys and parental approvals; e-contracts, payment plans, collection records and expenses. Kiosk, live location sharing, information requests, CVs and support are also included. Availability depends on role, platform and enabled school modules.

02

Everyday school tasks

Do administrators, classroom teachers and subject teachers do the same things?

Administrators manage school records, staff, classrooms and finances within their permissions. Classroom teachers handle attendance, daily reports and development tracking for their assigned class. Subject teachers contribute lessons and shared content; attendance, surveys and medication tracking are outside that role. Staff access to the web panel is granted separately.

How can parents follow their child’s day?

In the mobile app, parents see daily reports, menus, activities, announcements, homework, photos and videos shared for their own child. Depending on permissions, they can message teachers, answer surveys and follow approval requests and financial records. Visibility depends on their child link and permissions; parents do not use the administration panel.

What do meal, medication and growth tracking cover?

Menus and daily meal reports keep families informed about eating. Daily reports bring together the teacher’s observations about the child. Medication tracking helps follow medication and administration records, while growth tracking covers height and weight measurements. These records support school–family follow-up and do not replace medical assessment.

How are messages, photos and announcements shared?

The mobile app includes individual or group messaging and a photo/video gallery. Announcements, newsletters, homework and activities reach the relevant audience; surveys collect feedback. Galleries and messaging are mobile app features. Content is not visible to everyone: roles, classroom assignments and student links determine its audience.

What do approvals, educational materials and e-contracts provide?

Schools send approval requests to parents and follow their responses. Educational materials let staff share files and teaching resources with the relevant audience. E-contracts provide a separate workflow for enrolment information, documents and consent clauses, with parents completing the steps presented to them.

Is payment tracking just a list of debts?

Payment plans, instalments and collection records help track each student’s financial process; expense records help schools follow spending. Parents can see the financial information made available to them in the mobile app. Payment tracking here means recording and monitoring payments; it does not by itself mean an online card payment service.

OKULMOBİL AT THE SCHOOL ENTRANCE

What is a kiosk?

A card-based terminal at the school entrance. It connects an entry or exit action to the relevant child’s or staff member’s record.

Kiosk and attendance

What is a kiosk and how does it help a school?

You do not need to install a kiosk to begin everyday school management. A kiosk is an optional additional solution for schools that want device-based entry and exit records. A kiosk is a card-based entry and exit terminal at the school entrance. An action with a registered card is linked to the relevant student’s or staff member’s entry/exit record. Depending on school settings, the relevant parents and teachers can be notified. It makes the entrance interaction traceable by person and time.

How do physical cards, digital cards and “I’m on my way” differ?

A physical card is read at the kiosk. A digital card lets an eligible active cardholder send a request from the mobile app to an online kiosk while within the school’s configured proximity area; attendance is recorded when the kiosk completes the action. “I’m on my way” lets an authorised pickup parent outside that area notify classroom teachers in advance; it does not create an entry/exit record.

What can schools manage in the kiosk system?

Schools can follow card applications, approvals, activation and active, lost, blocked or cancelled states. Device connectivity, activation and attendance settings can be managed. The record includes cardholder information; a transaction photo can also be attached on supporting devices and installations. Parent and teacher notifications depend on school settings.

Does the kiosk provide live location tracking?

The kiosk records entry and exit events; live location sharing is a separate module. Live location is shown to the relevant parents during a sharing session started by an authorised person. Using location to check proximity for a digital card or an arrival alert is different from continuous live location sharing.

Language and getting started

Which languages and access options are available?

Turkish, English, German, Arabic, French, Russian and Ukrainian are supported. On a first visit, this site chooses a supported browser language and falls back to English if none matches. You can change it in the language menu. Product access depends on enabled school modules and permissions. Call or WhatsApp +90 535 379 20 93 to discuss your school’s needs.

Is OkulMobil suitable for small, single-site schools?

Yes. OkulMobil is designed for a one-classroom nursery, an independent preschool and larger institutions. You do not need to be a school chain. Start with everyday essentials and explore further features over time.

Can I start using it the same day?

Whether you run a single classroom or a larger school, keep everyday tasks simple. Once your account is activated, start student records, attendance and parent communication that same day. Same-day start refers to basic daily use after account activation. Existing-record migration and any chosen kiosk hardware installation are planned separately.
